Broadly speaking, there are two types of investors:

1. Those that understand we are entering the Fourth Industrial Revolution
2. Those who do not understand much about the fourth industrial revolution and/or that it is right on our doorsteps
   

According to Wikipedia, the Fourth Industrial Revolution (also referred to as ‘Industry 4.0’) will come about from modern technology that further automates many of today’s manual practises.

The integration of large-scale machine-to-machine communication (M2M) with the internet of things (IoT) will:

• Expand what can be automated
• Improved communication and self-monitoring
• Drive the introduction of smart machines to analyze and diagnose issues without human involvement

I’m not talking way-off… this new world is unfolding before our eyes - in 2021 and beyond.

Insider Trading

When it comes to trading stocks, securities and commodities etc. insider trading is a crime.

Real estate is a completely different ‘beast’, however. I can share knowledge about change coming, and how that change will feed into real estate prices. It’s completely legal to share my knowledge too.

If you have invested or intend investing into real estate, and you do not understand the fourth industrial revolution, you may be at a serious disadvantage. Speak with me first!

Stock-Market Crash

I am nervous for clients with stored wealth in stocks & cash right now. My strong investment-bias is for real estate (land), precious metals and (certain, select) cryptocurrencies - as most are rubbish!

I am happy to converse around these matters when we speak, however, please reply only if you are an investor looking to make decisions now, or in the near future.

As much as I will help anyone whenever I can, right now I am too busy and simply cannot! Thanks for understanding my need to discriminate against those that are not looking to capitalise on this current crazy-hot market.

What you do is up to you. In recent months, I have shared my personal thoughts around the global financial system, the economic outlook in general and where we are headed in 2021, and beyond.

I expected the existing system would have been superseded by now, but the ‘can has been kicked down the road’, as the saying goes.

Be careful not to be lulled into a false sense of security. What’s coming (a) cannot be stopped and (b) WILL produce winners and losers.
