- Where only you can instruct your solicitor, our concierge is on the phone beside you.
- After the keys: a property manager we trust. Staff come and go, so if your property manager moves on and the new one isn’t right for you, pick up the phone. Our concierge will put you in touch with someone who is looking after other clients well right now.
- If you’ve done the journey with me, the concierge comes with it, whenever you need it.
What it isn’t
Our concierge doesn’t write contracts or give legal advice; that stays with your solicitor. You make every offer and sign every contract yourself.
