Private lesson

One hour with Nicholas,
on your questions.

A private lesson is one hour on Zoom with Nicholas. You send your questions ahead, he prepares, and you get a short written summary after.

What a private lesson is

It is teaching, one to one, at your pace. Bring the questions the library has raised for you: how lenders think, what a property costs each week, how a structure works, what the 2026 tax changes touch. Nicholas explains, models where it helps, and answers. The decisions stay yours.

Who it suits

Someone who has read the library and wants to go further with Nicholas, without committing to mentoring. One question that needs an hour, or three lessons over a few months.

Who it does not suit

Someone who wants to be told what to buy or sell. Nicholas teaches and models; the decision stays yours. If you are not sure a lesson is right for you, start with the first conversation.

What you get

  • One hour on Zoom with Nicholas.
  • Your questions sent ahead, so the hour goes where you need it.
  • Five business days’ notice, so Nicholas can prepare.
